Gregory Hildebrand represents individuals in all matters affecting the family including divorce, child custody and placement matters, as well as paternity, adoption, guardianship and estate planning. He is also a trained and experienced mediator and assists parents and couples in resolving child-related and financial issues privately and without court involvement.
An experienced divorce attorney, he is trained to and is very active in representing individuals in the collaborative divorce process and is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin (CFLCW). He is a past Board Chair for CFLCW and was previously the Council’s Training Chair. He has provided training and presented workshops at numerous statewide and national conferences.
Greg also holds a Master’s in Social Work and prior to attending law school was extensively involved in the advocacy and protection of abused and neglected children in the Milwaukee and directed training programs for child protective service professionals. He continues his advocacy for children by serving as a Guardian ad Litem in family court matters.
Greg practices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with primary experience in Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Ozaukee counties.
