

Gregory M. Hildebrand represents individuals in all matters affecting the family including divorce, child custody and placement matters, as well as paternity, adoption, guardianship and estate planning. He is also a trained and experienced mediator and assists parents and couples in resolving child-related and financial issues privately and without court involvement.
He is trained to represent individuals in the collaborative divorce process and is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin (CFLCW). He is also on the CFLCW Board of Directors and serves as its Training Chair.
Attorney Hildebrand also holds a Master in Social Work and prior to attending law school was extensively involved in the advocacy and protection of abused and neglected children in the Milwaukee are and directed training programs for child protective service professionals. He continues his advocacy for children by serving as a Guardian ad Litem in family court matters.
Adding to his background, prior to forming Hansen & Hildebrand, S.C. he was an associate with a law firm representing corporations in employment counseling and litigation.
He was named as a ‘Rising Star’ in Milwaukee Magazine’s Super Lawyer poll in 2008.
