Attorney Erin M. Idler
Erin Idler practices family law focusing on financial and child custody issues in divorce as well as estate planning. Erin represents individual clients and also works with couples as a neutral lawyer in the mediation process. She uses her legal expertise in teamwork with her clients to help them make the best decisions possible about their lives and future. She supports clients in developing creative solutions that are truly workable, most likely to be successful, and sustainable.
Erin’s work with individuals and couples includes creating estate plans that provide a positive legacy and peace of mind for themselves and their families. Erin also accepts Guardian ad Litem appointments to provide caring and effective advocacy for children. Erin earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Prior to law school, Erin obtained degrees in Psychology, Economics, and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Erin shares the firm’s passion for helping clients reach positive, long-term solutions as they restructure their families and their finances.
