Lindsey A. Kujawa
Lindsey Kujawa focuses her practice on Family Law and Mediation. She has specific experience dealing with divorce, paternity, post-judgment custody and support issues, grandparents rights and guardian ad litem work. Over the past five years, Lindsey has guided clients and families through many complex emotional and financial situations. She is passionate about creative problem solving and creating the best environment for her client’s future. She recognizes that her work impacts her client's family - the most important thing in their lives.
Lindsey provides legal expertise and practical advice in a flexible, client-centered approach to family law issues. She is a knowledgeable and reassuring presence in an area often filled with the anxiety of the unknown. Lindsey wants to help people re-think and better understand stressful topics to arrive at an outcome tailored for each specific family. Lindsey also has extensive experience with estate planning and probate. She encourages clients create a plan for death or incapacity to alleviate the trauma of these events on their families. She then serves her client’s families through probate court after the loss of a loved one in an efficient and compassionate manner. Lindsey is lifetime resident of the greater Milwaukee area and a graduate of Marquette Law School. She has been practicing Family Law since 2013. |
