Renee Nawrocki

Renee focuses her legal practice on family law with an emphasis on mediation and Collaborative law.  She uses her legal expertise to guide her clients through the complex legal system and to help her clients restructure their families and their finances. Renee is committed to providing her clients with personalized representation and works closely with them to identify, preserve, and achieve their personal and financial goals.    

She utilizes an interdisciplinary approach in her legal practice, working closely with both mental health professionals and financial specialists to provide the best support team and desired outcomes for her clients.  Renee’s approach empowers her clients to make informed decisions about their family in a confidential setting, outside of the courtroom, and in their own timeframe.    

Renee is passionate about improving the legal profession and volunteers her time to various legal organizations.  She has held leadership positions in many legal organizations, including serving as Past President of the Association for Women Lawyers, Past Chair of the Wisconsin State Bar Leadership Development Committee, Past Governor of the Wisconsin State Bar Association Board of Governors, Past Chair of the Milwaukee Bar Association Family Law CLE Committee, and Past Chair of the Milwaukee Bar Association Probate Bench Bar Committee.  Renee’s continued involvement in such legal organizations strengthens her relationships with the Court, her colleagues, and her community and results in more effective representation of her clients.  

Renee joined Hansen & Hildebrand SC Of Counsel with a shared goal of providing high quality mediation for self-represented couples and parties with lawyers as well as personalized individual representation.
